In this 5 hour class, we will go step by step through profitably and efficiently taking, editing and delivering great residential photography that stands out on the MLS listings. The curriculum is as follows:

1. The first 10 minutes in the home. Walking through and prepping the home for photography.

2. Photographing big rooms, small rooms, large window rooms, bright rooms, dark rooms.

3. The Lightroom edit - Lightroom has a lot of tools that combine to deliver great results and efficiency

4. The Delivery of files.

5. Thoughts on pricing and being profitable. Once I became proficient in my workflow and editing process, I have been able to consistently average no less than $75 / hour in residential photography. I used to have to price my work as low as $150 / house in order to pay the bills and will provide you with my pricing and marketing information that allows you to be efficient enough to make that feasible and the path to increasing your revenue per house.

6. FAQ: The class will be interactive and you can ask questions as you go, but we will also have an FAQ session at the end where you can ask any question on shooting, editing, selling, invoicing, etc.
